There is a minimum charge of $20 for our technician to run diagnostics.

 If the cost of repair is under $100, the technician will repair it and we will call you when it is done with a total charges owing

If the cost of repair is over $100, you will get a quote on the cost of repair.

We do not charge by the hour, we charge by the job.

We do not warranty any parts not installed by our technician

Most Parts installed by our technician are warrantied for 90 days

all of our repair work is warrantied for 30 days, from receipt issue date. (Only on work done, does not cover any new issues)

If your Vacuum Cleaner is found to be un-repairable, It will NOT be re-assembled.

We can recycle it for you!

All Vacuum repairs not claimed after 30 days, will be sold for charges owing.
